Bricolage

For their performance Bricolage, Louise Ward and Joan Healy reappropriate readymade utilitarian objects, and with these objects they incorporate themselves into living functional assemblages. Over the sounds of DIY instruments, they add video and vocal harmonies to construct a multi-layered audiovisual environment that evokes memories of both chance encounters and predictable patterns in daily life.
